About Farah Al Nas

Farah Al Nas Radio is a community radio station in Jordan that broadcasts to more than one governorate, officially covering Amman and Zarqa, while its signal reaches Madaba, Karak, parts of Ma'an, Balqa, Mafraq, and some areas in the north. It is the only station that promotes sign language in content production, focuses on training and volunteering, and emphasizes full inclusion of all segments of society. Farah Al Nas Radio is a community radio station affiliated with the Jordanian Hashemite Fund for Human Development (JOHUD). It broadcasts to more than one governorate, officially covering Amman and Zarqa, while its signal extends to Madaba, Karak, parts of Ma’an, Balqa, Mafraq, and some areas in the north. This content is professionally produced with active participation from youth, women, and persons with disabilities, in collaboration with an extensive network of correspondents from Princess Basma Development Centers across Jordan.
